Steve Cahill
Co-Founder and CEO

Steve has 25 years experience in facilities management and commercial property in Australia and overseas. Steve's expertise in building services and his understanding of the needs of landlords and tenants will assist our clients in maximising cost reductions, energy savings and lower greenhouse gas emissions. Steve has a Masters degree in Business and Technology.

Tony Fehon
Non Executive Director

Tony is an executive director with extensive start-up and new market corporate experience. Tony has served on many public boards including as an Executive Director at Macquarie Bank and a director of Ardent Leisure (formerly Macquarie Leisure Group). Tony is a Director of a number of mid stage commercialisation entities and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Travis Jenkin
National Project Solutions Manager

Travis joins the enLighten team to lead the Project Solutions division, which offers lighting upgrade ROI analysis, audit, lighting design and project financing services. Travis will be based in Melbourne & have national coverage to support our key account clients with their individual and multi property lighting project needs.

Travis brings his extensive experience in the lighting, energy efficiency and asset management consulting industries to assist clients with delivering tailored LED lighting project solutions.


 



Derek Spence
FInance & Operations Manager

Derek's formal qualifications in accounting provided him with the launching pad he needed to expand into roles encompassing finance, operations, HR, and managing development teams. He has run his own import & distribution business and worked for entrepreneurial businesses, understanding the need to combine a strong vision with sound plans and procedures.


Antony Radocaj
Contracts Manager

Antony oversees the installation of Chamaeleon light fittings for clients that have contracted enLighten for supply and install projects. Antony liaises with clients and manages a team of preferred electrical subcontractors to ensure installation standardisation. Antony has been a licensed electrician since 1988 and a NSW licensed builder since 2002.


 

Donna Cahill
Director & Office Manager

Donna has 25 years experience in Human Resources, previously managing departments in Kelly Services. Donna manages all accounts, payroll and HR.

 

Surya Bedi
Product & Engineering Manager

Surya is an Electrical & Electronics Engineer and holds a Master of Design Science (Illumination Design & Building Services) from The University of Sydney. Experienced in preparing electrical designs and delivering lighting solutions across retail, commercial, residential and industrial sectors; Surya has also conducted detailed lighting & energy audits as per IPMVP

Surya enhances our in-house design capabilities, technical support for our clients & partners and spearheads the R&D of enLighten’s expanding product range.

Dominik Pfaff
Product Engineer

Dominik joins the enLighten Sydney office and will manage our in-house workshop and testing facility. Dominik will work with our product R&D team to test prototypes of electronic and control components for our growing range of integrated smart controls solutions. Dominik will also work on providing installer and end user documentation for controls commissioning.

Dominik holds a Masters in Electrical Engineering from the University of Wollongong which builds on a combined Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering and Information Technology from Germany.

Roslyn Garcia
Sales Executive NSW

Roslyn is a welcome addition to the growing NSW sales team. Roslyn will focus on supporting the wholesale channel and assisting electrical contractors with specification & technical  support for the enLighten portfolio of LED luminaires and smartsense controls.

Roslyn has extensive project lighting and sales experience, having previously worked at LED Group Robus, Zumtobel Group and Philips Lighting.

 


 

 



Steve Evans
Warehouse Manager

Steve manages enLighten's stock control in the Sydney warehouse, which is co-located with the national head office. The warehouse is the hub for all Australian product dispatches and receipt of deliveries.

Peter Fry
Business Development Manager QLD

Peter is based in Brisbane and will be focused on growing the wholesale sales channels in Queensland. Peter will be supporting lighting project teams and electrical contractors with education, technical support and specification needs for lighting projects. Peter is an experienced lighting professional with close to 28 years working with GEC, GE Lighting and Osram.
